Liked: I appreciated the good customer service and timely responses from the staff. They were great. The hotel is affordable and in a very good central location but not in a loud area.
Disliked: The room was very hot and a bit stinky when I arrived unfortunately. The smell was there the entire stay. The room and small lobby decor seemed a bit worn and dated.

Liked: Set in a lovely part of the city, the staff where so helpful and welcoming Room was set out nicely with tea coffee facilities
Disliked: The amount of. Noise from other people staying in the same building, people arriving and departing all through the night, and also building work being carried out on adjoining building, had broken sleep every night, it’s a shame as other than this the place was perfect

Very good

Liked: The room was a good size. The girl who checked us in and out was helpful and friendly. The shower was strong and hot and the bed was comfortable. I felt very safe in the building. It was very quiet the first night.
Disliked: It was a lot of uphill walking to get there and there was no elevator. I had help with my luggage upon arrival but had to struggle to get my suitcase down a long very narrow staircase. And as a senior, it was difficult. Unfortunately people who were there the second night were very loud and inconsiderate right outside my room.

Liked: I loved my room, it was cozy, nice, well equipped and in great location. I really enjoyed it. I would definitely book again.

Liked: Great location. Nice room with kitchenette, and a desk.
Disliked: The bed wasn't very comfortable.

Lovely characterful building and square,...

Liked: Good value continental breakfast including allergy catered for.The room was very comfortable but on Saturday night heavy bass music from downstairs. Other nights were fine.And noise from other guests going up stairs was a little annoying.
Disliked: Noisy guests.
