Everything was excellent except the...

Liked: The location was excellent, around the corner from the SM Novello train station and about a 10 min walk to the Duomo Piazza.
Disliked: The room was very small, smaller than my liking.

A stressful way to start...

Liked: The location was very handy to SM Novella station, which was important to us.
Disliked: It was very difficult to get in touch with Florence Room to get the codes required to enter the premises. It was very difficult to get the information through Booking.com also. The phone line at Florence Room constantly rang busy, emails went unanswered, Booking.com also did not respond to our requests for help until finally, while waiting for the train from Rome to Florence, someone at Booking.com was able to get the answers for us. There are 4 codes required to access this premise and to receive them so close to our arrival time was very stressful. We didn't know if we would have a place to stay when we got to Florence or not. Breakfast is not provided and we were left to our own devices to find somewhere to eat.

Liked: I like the fact that it’s so near the train station. Easy to walk and transport luggage.
Disliked: Street noise can get loud since I open the window at night. It says breakfast will be served but wasn’t.

Liked: The room was located only 5 minutes away from the train station which was very convenient, and close to a supermarket and local restaurants. Check in process was easy, and there was a workable lift.
Disliked: Room description included a breakfast but we never received it on both days we stayed there.

Passable

Liked: The location was spot on! Only a couple of minutes walk from the train station and some places where you can have breakfast or have a cup of coffee on the go. Also there were 2 supermarkets nearby. The cathedral was almost 5-7 minutes walk
Disliked: There was no facility for handing clothes to dry. Also there were no bathroom hooks either for the toilet paper nor the towels. In rainy days we need those for sure. Please make it happen

Disliked: Maybe Wifi could be abit better, Dropped out sometimes and couldn't get it sitting on balcony.
