Liked: I loved our room. I felt very special. We were celebrating an engagement
Disliked: I had high expectations for breakfast and was a little disappointed. I’d give it 6/10. The mattress was a little lumpy. Other than that, everything was great.

Liked: We had a great stay. Some great breakfasts (forget the waffles, all others were great), the bed was terrific and it was not noisy.
Disliked: I assume that if renovations weren’t going on we would have had more dining options. Perhaps we would have spent more time in Flinders if that was the case.We started sneezing because of the dust. Not dust from renovations just plain, ordinary dust from not vacuuming behind bedside tables, bed etc. We even moved the bedside tables so the cleaners would see the dust and clean the carpet. Nothing happened so we had to speak to the reception staff the following day just before we left.

Was good for the reason...

Liked: The location as we were diving the pier the next morning
Disliked: The bed wasn't too bad but there was a bit of a hard ridge.With there being very little choice of where to eat, the price of the bistro was a little on the high side.

Exceptional

Liked: Quiet location and accommodation is away from the hotel ...next door
Disliked: If you are there early in the week there is small choice of eating places...But the Hotel part of the premises is being renovated ( when finished ) so doubt there would always be somewhere to eat without driving
