Liked: First off when I booked the room off Booking.com. I made sure that it was at the location that I needed be at. When I get there to check in. The front desk clerk said that My reservation was not in her system. I show her my reservation confirmation, and she says it's wrong. So Now I ended up having to pay for my room there. Come to find out that I'm also getting charged for the reservation at the other location as well. When I get into the room that I was given, there was a door to the adjoining room, which was Not cute. The whole time All I could hear was the couple in the other room Yelling and Fighting with each other. In the Vanity area it was even louder. It was like they were practically in the room with me. I felt like I had No privacy. Also the light fixture would Not stop flickering. So I had to use the lamp from dresser for light. The Floor in the room was Discussing, the bottom of my feet were so black from walking around in the room. I put on some socks and those turned black to. Which means The rooms are Not being mopped.

Id rather sleep in a...
Disliked: The staff that runs the office apply rules to keep your deposit any way possible and when you check out they try to run you off their property with an armed guard that bangs on your door sometimes before 11 am which is the check out. The manager lady is not only rude but indifferent and cold seemed disconnected.

Liked: First off as soon as I arrived at the location the lady at desk was just taking it away with two customers and mind you 2 of us were in line still waiting on her.. Then once I get to her she automatically tells me that I cannot check in because my husband did not have a hard copy of his id... we explained that it states nowhere in the website that you must have id's and so she canceled my reservation and was bo help at all.. horrible experience ever I still haven't received my refund and it's very frustrating
