Beautiful and convenient

Liked: Nice and clean room. Comfortable large bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to underground station and stores, yet in a quiet neigbourhood.

Liked: Nice and clean hotel not far from Prague center. All staff members were prepared, kind and polite. Breakfast is just enough to start a good day. The room is comfortable and clean.

Good staff, awful room cleaning

Liked: The staff on the reception was great and very helpful! The ladies on the breakfast were very kind as well.
Disliked: The cleaning of the room was awful! They haven't cleaned our room since day 1. They never changed the towels and the sheets! I had brought klinex wipes from back home (just in case) and I was cleaning on my own. Plus I had my baby with me. I complained about it but nothing changed..that's very bad for a 4 star hotel.

Disliked: The hotel does not have 4 star quality services. In my room, maintenance was lacking as was obvious from exposed nails in the walls, cracks in plasterboard, gaps and mould in grouting, damaged tiles and bathroom furnishings. Breakfest also did not have variety, presentation, and quality I would expect from 4 star hotel.

Liked: Location, room size, bathroom size, breakfast - all of this was excelent.
Disliked: Well, upholstered armchair and chair need some deep cleaning. Apart from that, its fine.
