Mediocre hotel in a gorgeous...
Liked: The location is wonderful. I got a good deal on Booking.
Disliked: The hotel is nothing special, the room I was in was cheap but a bit underwhelming. The light in the bathroom is on a sensor and gets very bright at night. Also, I was next to a fire door that slammed loudly. The swimming pool was ok but didn’t feel clean.

A Disappointing Stay - Poor...
Liked: Service provided in the restaurant.
Disliked: This is a factual review of my stay at this hotel, and I will do my best to avoid emotional reasoning while detailing the issues I experienced. I stayed at the hotel for one night, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.Upon arrival, I discovered that the heating in my room was not working, and it was uncomfortably cold. The staff assigned me to another room, after it wasn't fixed yet. This seemed like a reasonable solution at first. However, the next morning, as I was going to take a shower, I realized the water was ice-cold. To make matters worse, there was no phone in the room to call reception. You have to use your mobile phone to contact the hotel, which is highly inconvenient and unprofessional for a hotel of this standard. The checkout time is at 11:00 am, but the cleaning staff knocked on my door before then, adding unnecessary stress as I was in the wash room during that time trying to fix the water in the shower. I asked the cleaning staff if she could check why there was no hot water. She tested the water in the room opposite mine, which she said was only marginally warmer. Since the guests in that room had already checked out, she suggested I use their shower. To my dismay, the water there was just as cold.A friend of mine, staying on the same floor, also had issues with cold water in his room. He was offered the option to shower in another room, but this would have caused unnecessary stress, as he would have had to pack up his belongings and move—only to likely find that the water was still cold, just as it was in my case.He requested a late checkout so that he could shower once the issue was resolved, especially since it was freezing outside. Despite the reasonable request, he was told that the room was needed by 3:00 pm, leaving him without a proper solution. As paying guests, the minimum expectation is a comfortable bed and a functioning, warm shower.
