Liked: Location was good, Room were broad enough , pillows and the bed sheets and room was clean. Thank you. We made our reservation without breakfast. So no comment for breakfast
Disliked: Before my visit, I left a note to hotel that I need twin bed. Because I travelled with my business partner. However, the lady on the desk gave us the room numbered 125 which was frenchbed. Then, We asked her to replace the rrom with a twin bed room. She replied that she could not able to do this request as she had not any available room had twin bed. My question ; Don't you care about our note via booking come as Fletcher Hotel before we come. If so, I'll never visit Fletcher Hotels chain in my life. The room heating was not working and we got cold (flue) during our Brabanthallen Mega Platten Days. I'm sorry you are not focusing on your clients demands. I lately learnt that The lady on the reception desk was very tender and quite new at her work. ..

Liked: Breakfast buffet is good. Better than last year. Location, within Waalwijk and close to Efteling.
Disliked: Very basic and dated building. Rooms have bad mattresses and leaking windows/ceiling. Overall, a place that makes sense just because of the Efteling. One night is fine, but just for 1 night

Liked: Large room, free parking
Disliked: Very dated, little soundproofing. Our room (151) had the electric cupboard serving the elevator inside the room itself. Very noisy any time somebody used it overnight. Room did not justify the €137 rate.

Liked: The room was a good size and clean
Disliked: There was a queue when I arrived and I had to interrupt to ask about parking. Although I'd been told parking was behind the hotel I didn't find it. It would have helped if the sign was lit up or an extra sign was there as the P isn't visible when driving past and the rest of the sign was not lit. The dinner menu was also pricy for a family. A children's menu would have been appreciated. We didn't mind steps to our room but the people staying next door to us really struggled with pushchair and small baby and older person plus luggage. Perhaps staff could have offered some help. We could hear them very easily in our room running about (small child), laughing etc. We didn't feel we could complain about the noise but it kept my kids up. I also had to queue for the bar for sometime.

Liked: Property was in a great location.
Disliked: No tea / coffee in rooms! Very basic. Staff ok but not overly friendly / helpful. Radiator in family room made noise all day / night, disturbed the kids.
