Pretty much basic with basic...

Liked: Nothing much. Maybe the location...
Disliked: Hotel and facilities are too basic. Cant even make tea/coffee in the room. Asked, but was told that the hotel dont have that facility and that I will have to buy tea anytime I want to drink in my room. Staff are unfriendly and too rigid. Bed is too low

Liked: Please see below on my comments on the older lady customer service skills compared to her much younger colleague.
Disliked: My check-in was not great. A young lady at reception was doing some clerical work when I approached the desk and even though she knew I was there carried on and made me wait until she even acknowledged me. She was not welcoming at all and should be nowhere near front of house with her less then friendly attitude and then the first keycard to my room did not work so I had to go back downstairs to get it re-scanned, with no apology from the young lady. This bad experience was alleviated the morning after when I asked if I could check out at 12pm rather than 11am. The lovely older lady was most obliging and helpful & even waived the charge for later check out. We have a lovely chat and she more than made up for the sub-standard treatment by her colleague the previous evening. I did not visit the restaurant or bar on my visit so cannot comment on that.

Liked: It was close to the city
Disliked: Such a terrible poor hotel! The walls are so thin that i could even hear the normal conversations of my neighbours' who were talking.the whole night, meanwhile left me out of sleep. There is no lift to the rooms which is not mentioned on booking.com. I had to carry many luggage which was just terrible. The reception is inside but the hotelrooms you can only reach by walking through the garden which is an open area so if it's raining or anything you will just get wet.. There is no safe in the room! Poor , poor , poor !

Disliked: Tell me the restaurant is closed.Don’t refuse us a bottle of wine to take to the room because it’s 22:15h, people were still there

Liked: To be honest it’s was pretty poor over all but the breakfast wasn’t bad.
Disliked: The whole hotel needs an upgrade. For what they charge it’s not great. I stayed at Pavillion in amersfort and it was the say price and a thousand times better.
