Reasonably priced, comfortable hotel albeit...
Liked: Comfortable bed and large room, reasonably priced.
Disliked: The hotel is a bit out of the way and you definitely need a car to get to the centre of Heerenveen

Liked: Friendly staff and nice location next to a nature area. A nice place to walk after work. Breakfast has what you need. The price is fair. Also like that, they have a restaurant and bar for business travels. You meet fellow travelers easily.
Disliked: As mentioned by others, the rooms are a bit dated and some things are broken. Lamps not working and things like that. It's more a Fletcher problem than the location.

Disliked: The staff were so demotivated, everything you asked for as a chore. During dinner service wasn’t as friendly as could have been. I asked for the invoice when checking out and the response was ‘I don’t know if that’s possible’z

Liked: Spacious room, clean and tidy, with lots of facilities. Free parking and good price.
Disliked: The room is still accessible with a badge card even though the room is locked. Under this circumstance you could not get a whole sense of security. The visits of mosquitoes at night are always annoying.
