Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bed was a bit lumpy! There seemed to be a large conference going on whilst I was staying.

Amazing location

Liked: Lovely location and very impressive reception area of the hotel. Ample parking. The coffee machine had pods which meant I could have coffee in the morning. Beds were comfortable and there was a lovely view from the window.
Disliked: Our room was slightly dated, the bathroom was modern but small and the layout was not great (the sink nearly touches your face when sitting on the toilet).

Liked: Beautiful hotel, lovely surroundings, friendly staff. Fab stay!
Disliked: One tiny detail; it would be lovely to be able to make the ceiling lights slightly brighter with a dimmer switch.

Liked: Quiet environment in the middle of nature. Modern and spacious entrance. Spacious room. Breakfast room with a nice garden view.
Disliked: Difficult to find the hotel entrance after dusk without a lighted sign around the hotel. Also insufficient lighting for desk work and make-ups in the room. Room was way too warm to sleep and had to keep the window open during the night. No lift to the upper floor. No short cut route to the breakfast room.

Disliked: - no modern utilities like airconditioning or refrigerator - tv sound was broken and muffled- family room extra beds were placed right in front of door- light came through underneath door from hallway, bright enough to keep the children distracted- hard noises from above, continuously the entire night, still unsure what caused it- family room was really bad looking in person in comparison to the images, it was a room with a bed, a tv and a table- during our stay there was a heating problem caused by the heating pipes. Even with all the heating off it was so warm our children had to sleep the night in diapers without any blankets, it was unbelievable warm.- breakfast was very limited, you can literally list everything on two hands. Don’t expect much.
