It was OK.

Disliked: The small toilet was smelly. The room was chilly. The heating inadequate. The sink taps were very poor, it wasn't possible to regulate the temperature, it was either too hot or too cold. Door locks outdated having to carry a heavy key.

Disliked: We asked for Invoice with company details in advance before checkin. Next morning personel had problem to make Invoice with Company details. this is not profesional when personel says to guest that guest is burdensome because guest wants Invoice.

Lovely location and hotel, they...

Liked: The location and the facilities were lovely.
Disliked: The hotel had absolutely terrible service. After calling ahead of the stay with question when does the hotel restaurant closes on that day, the receptionist gave us wrong time which lead to us arriving after the kitchen closed and not being able to dine. Given the location, the only spot open and available at that time was McDonald’s 15km drive away. The hotel refused to offer any complimentary service for the mistake made and the terrible inconvenience we were put in. Extremely disappointing. On the day of checking out, the receptionist been refusing to print out a business invoice saying “I have more than 150 check-ins and check-outs, I am alone here and I don’t have time for it now”. Even though her other colleague days before told us that we can request the invoice with no troubles.
