Liked: Staff was very friendly
Disliked: there is some really serieus refurbishment needed. Bathroom out of date and broken ceiling panels. Hardly any paint on window. Breakfast was oke only fruit salad had seen beter times tasted a bit funny.

Liked: The location was great. The staff at breakfast superb. The breakfast also really good
Disliked: Poor communication from the hotel. On arrival no one there only remote assistance. The keys were in a safe outside on the wall. It was a guessing game which room was mine. First impressions really matter. A lovely old building let down by really worn interior. Clearly a damp problem. Those things unfortunately linger long in the mind. Sorry to have to say that

Liked: Good breakfast and location and the staff were very helpful
Disliked: It was a bit cold in the room. In the medication system for the bathroom didn't work. After a shower it was humid in the room. In the shower curtain wasn't so clean.
