Bonding in Oisterwijk

Liked: We truly enjoyed our stay at Fletcher Hotel Boschoord. The endless walks in the surrounding woods were pure bliss, and the location itself is incredibly serene. Breakfast was good, nothing extravagant, but definitely above average. For the price, it’s top quality and great value. The staff were professional, engaged, and genuinely decent. A peaceful retreat worth returning toOh and Oisterwijk is an amazing destination..

Passable

Liked: The staff was pleasant and polite. The location was also very nice and quiet.
Disliked: The room was not in a good state, damaged walls, noise by the elevator, old facilities that are not cleaned properly, very dark space/room, amenities were below average i.e. not enough towels (2 towels for 4 people), dirty wardrobe, etc.

Nice enough

Liked: The facilities like renting e-bike and private use of sauna. I paid cash and wanted proof of payment. I could get this at departure. I had to ask again and was told the printer took a long time. No problem to wait. At departure there was an outstanding amount of 24€. After being able to produce all proof reception informed all was good but didn’t understand why there is a discrepancy. It seems that admin system is not in order. The food in the restaurant is very pleasant. I wouldn’t order Dame Blanche again. A lot of whipped cream and hardly any sauce or ice cream. The Crème Brûlée is a good choice. Salmon was nice enough but dry as was fish and chips. The staff is very pleasant. Except for the blond receptionist. The rooms are really anti dated. TV cable visible and TV hangs crooked . Ginger in tea is reused. Suggestion to other guests to break up the ginger forcing the hotel to use fresh ginger every time.
