Lovely stay, great location
Liked: Everything..all great!
Disliked: I need a window open @ all times in a room ,as I was in room 201 ,the windows do not open! So next time I stay in Fletchers I know now I can get a room with a window that does open

Perfect location and very cosy...
Liked: I loved the location and how clean it was I also got a chance to experience the OLD part of the hotel this time round . It was amazing. Loved my room and my own little lounge area so cosy and comfy and the breakfast was great too!

Excellent location, but would stay...
Liked: Location, history, beautiful room used for functions only,Breakfast good
Disliked: Faded glory. Not renovated for 40 years. Terrible carpets. No extra toiletries, shower cap, etc. Have to pay for them! Also pay for extra cushions, if you want them. Poor advertisement for a hotel with many branches. Not cheap either.

Definitely NOT value for money...
Liked: The location is perfect in the middle of beautiful Leeuwarden within walking distance to bars and restaurants.Nice breakfast.
Disliked: My husband and I wanted to treat ourself to a stay in one of the suites at the hotel - what a DISSAPOINTMENT !!!!The suite was old and worn down with 80-90ies interior, with chipped paint on the interior, multiple stains on the carpeting through out and hard beds and pillows without ANY charm or luxury factor - definitely NOT VALUE FOR MONEY !!!!No ventilation in the room, which gave it a musty smell.....There are quite steep stairs up to the hotel entrance, no elevator.We were yelled at by the receptionist on arrival because we drove our car up front to unload our luggage ! We were told that it was not possible to park your car in close vicinity to hotel, you had to walk 1,5 km from a garage through town in order to get to the hotel....

Liked: You need to do some respect for your customers. For example, how much cost if you put small bottle of water, pen and little paper.
