Great hotel for a short...

Liked: We deffo recommend this hotel for a single night, a longer stay or even holidays - we got offered a clean and more than spacious room with 2 single beds, big balcony, free wifi and free parking. 24/7 reception, friendly staff. Tea and coffee making facilities en suite made us feel very welcoming! House keeping is provided every day; swimming pool and sauna is incl. and free of charge. We are absolutely happy with our stay and would book anytime again.
Disliked: Consider that the hotel is located in Ellecom, a small village few kilometers away from Arnhem. To get somewhere you need a car or need to use public transport. We were travelling by car and happy about the free parking :) .

It was ok but then...

Liked: Location was great for our purpose. Beds were great!
Disliked: Room was not really clean, shower was lukewarm and breakfast was overpriced and also not very clean

Disappointing

Liked: When visiting the hotel, we liked the location, the facilities, the swimming pool, and that it’s child-friendly.
Disliked: During our stay, we didn’t like that the hotel was understaffed. The hotel restaurant for breakfast was poorly organized. There was almost no food available because the staff couldn’t keep up with cleaning and restocking. At dinner, we also faced long delays before being served and receiving our food. They need to improve this or better prepare for the next holiday season.
