Disliked: The food was absolutely disgusting and took and age to arrive but on a plus staff where great

Liked: Almost everything more than OK...
Disliked: except the cleanness: toilet was very dirty on the outside of the toiletbowl...

Business stay one night

Liked: Great facilities spa, swimming pool, nice location. Parking available. Very spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast
Disliked: Room furniture need some refreshing. Mattress too soft.

A good hotel for short...

Liked: Location was good Parking excellent Resteraunt was also very good. Room was very unclutterd but fine and easy for staff to clean well..staff were very helpful and organnised All in all it well suited our needs but maybe a tad pricey but that,s Holland.
Disliked: For events in Arnhem its just a bit out of the way but thats being picky. And it caters for large groups which if your not quick in booking the resteraunt etc you have to travel a way to find alterbatives.

Liked: The location was absolutely beautiful.. lovely restaurant near by
Disliked: Very dated and not great .not the room we saw in the pictures that’s for sure . Think they maybe in the main hotel. Room very basic . Shower not great. Small .. bed really uncomfortable.. no mattress protection. Don’t bother have your room clean .. they don’t clean it toilets not done or the shower.. bed not made .. very much in need off an uplift ..for a four star hotel not good .. in the bar they clean the glass in dirty water then with out rinsing them . pored my drink in to the dirty glass .. also very short measures my wine was like a shot of wine not a glass .. the only good thing was the breakfast. That was expensive but nice
