Pleasant but expensive

Liked: The hotel is situated in a nice industrial estate which is nice and quiet, the high up floors give a great view from the windows. The WiFi is fast and quick to connect, and there is lots of parking available. The blackout curtains allow for an easy nights sleep with no light leakage. The room has multiple lighting options and the shower is a great addition to the room. House keeping were efficient and great at their job, rooms were cleaned to a high standard everyday as well as towels being changed as requested. The room has a comfy bed and a few different pieces of furniture for comfort.
Disliked: Sadly there were quite a few negatives, the biggest of which is that there's no way of controlling the air con in your room which is set to heating, every nit me and my partner struggled to sleep and woke up sweating & dehydrated, the fan provided no relief. The TV placement was right above the table provide, but due to the angle my partner hit her head when getting up. The sink is tiny and due to its design, splashes water everywhere. The toilet roll is poor quality and rough, for the price paid, you'd expect better. The bed splits apart and the toilet cubicle door doesn't shut. The key card for floor 14 must be scanned for the elevator and the room, multiple times this stopped working and I had to visit the reception desk and the key wasn't fixed. The shower flooded. Even thought I paid for late checkout I was awoken three times by housekeeping. The location is quiet but it is approximately an hours journey to Amsterdam Central

BAD EXPEREIENCE, NOT A VALUE...

Liked: i think nothing, firstly they give us one room instead of 2 connected room and take money for that only offcourse.after half an day, when I asked does your 1 room cost more than 350 Euro. Then they realized the mistake. Breakfast not have much option. i asked Omeltte for my kid and cook refused to give and make excuse of weekend and weekdays.
