Disliked: The area that the hotel is in is horrendous, crackheads and homeless straight outside, just thankful I was with a group from work rather that my wife or kids. Not the place or area to stay, looked good on the photos.

Liked: Location close to the station. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Water in the lobby.
Disliked: When I arrived there was only one pillow. Another was supplied when I asked. The towel was getting old. I was given another and another hand towel to use as a bath mat. The basin in the bathroom was cracked. Soundproofing wasn’t good.
