It is a good stay...
Liked: I liked the staff & that it is close to the central.
Disliked: The mattress is too hard. The staff arranged for us regarding the pillows as there weren’t memory foam. The breakfast fee is a joke.. 30 euro per person (discounted!)

Perfect
Liked: Everything was perfect. The distance from everything, our room was on the upper floor and had a spectacular view, the open shower is great. The staff were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.

We were disappointed by these...
Liked: We’ve stayed at Fleming’s Vienna Hotel three times this year. Previously, we enjoyed the spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, and great location. While these aspects were still good on this visit, we were disappointed by the service.Spacious roomsGood breakfast selectionGood location
Disliked: •Room Issue and Reception Staff: Despite booking a king bed, we were given two singles pushed together. When we requested a room change, the receptionist falsely claimed we had booked two singles instead of a king, even though our booking clearly confirmed a king bed. This lack of honesty, combined with the unfriendliness and unhelpfulness of the reception staff, made us feel unwelcome right from the start.•Breakfast Disturbances: Each morning at breakfast, we were interrupted during our meal to provide our room number, which was inconvenient and disruptive. A single check at the entrance would be more courteous.•Reception Staff: When we asked to weigh our luggage, we were told the scales were broken, with no alternative offered. During check-out, no one asked about our experience, leaving us feeling unappreciated.
