Liked: Beautiful hotel in downtown Asheville. Great room size and pet friendly.
Disliked: Only one elevator that got really busy.

Liked: They’ve done a wonderful job renovating this historic building. It’s very stylish while also maintaining some beautiful original elements. The location is fantastic for walking all around downtown.
Disliked: I loved everything but it would be nice if they had a gym.

Disappointing

Disliked: Hotel staff was great, and that’s about it. Website says valet, not true only on Friday and Saturday. We look for places that have valet because we don’t like to look for parking places. Rooms and bathroom are small. No maid service to tidy up rooms. We had to call for towels and toilet paper. The roof top bar said it was open until 11pm and closed at 9pm, on a Saturday, Valentine’s weekend? The Speakeasy was closed before 9:30pm. Woke up Sunday morning with no heat. We paid way too much for what we got. Won’t be back.
