Great central location

Liked: Excellent location for our needs, close to shops and supermarket.
Disliked: Very hot town house with direct afternoon sun, and only one air con unit in the down stairs living area. As this was a 2 storey town house the heat rose to the bedrooms, and windows only partially open so no air flow. A fan was provided for one bedroom not the other, so this would be a great improvement.

Liked: Very comfortable room with a lovely soft bed I could have slept in for days. Unfortunately, only stayed for one night, so we didn't have a chance to take advantage of the other facilities, but the building is very clean and pleasant. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to do online check in and check out, and responding to messages very promptly.
Disliked: The location is a bit far from the city, and we had to drive down a lot of residential streets to reach it. No on site parking meant that we had to park on the street a few hundred metres away. It wasn't a big problem for us, as we were just heading to the airport the next day, but some guests might want to take it into account.

Liked: About 20 minutes drive from Auckland airport. We booked 3 rooms which was at 1st floor.There is a pantry for coffee facilities and seating facilities to rest.If you want to cook you can use ground floor.Value for money.Parking in front of the unit.
Disliked: Only problem we had issue carrying luggages to the 1st floor.

Disliked: Found getting the key to the property difficult. Wasn't until I rechecked my email inbox that I understood what the process was...maybe my fault for not reading it earlier, but it was confusing. A new experience for me.

Deceptive. Nice enough house, all...

Disliked: It wasn't overly obvious that you were renting a bedroom in a house. It was listed as a hotel, however, it was a house that has locks on the bedroom doors, of which 5 rooms share a single upstairs toilet and shower. Bizarre to say the least, considering "private bathroom" is mentioned in the listing. Other guests were noisy until well past midnight, which admittedly isn't the fault of the accomodation. It wasn't the easiest to find, the streets are very narrow and have catrs parked both sides barely allowing a single vehicle through. Check-in didn't work, no matter how many links they sent. I did manage to pick up the key offsite easily enough, but this just added to the already strange situation.
