Good location.

Liked: Good location with welcoming staff. We stayed 3 nights, after the first night we let reception know the bed was a bit hard for our liking, they changed the room without fuss and it was good from then.

Little Gem of a hotel

Liked: Great hotel, welcoming staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, clean comfortable rooms, small but relaxing pool area. Great location 3 mins walk from windmill and 5 min walk into centre of bruges. Breakfast was really lovely, great selection. Michael at the bar was super friendly and made fab cocktails and happy hour was a nice touch. Will definitely stay here again if I return to bruges in the future.

Very comfortable beds in a...

Liked: Room was as described, very clean and the beds were super comfortable.Extra mention for Bayram who made our stay very comfortable from the early checkin to ensuring we had a parking space and cot all set up after a long drive
Disliked: Parking was narrow but then again the property is in the old town of Bruges

cozy and quiet

Liked: Very good breakfast. In a nice and quiet part of the town. Great hospitality.
Disliked: Bathroom was old-style, with a bathtub instead of shower stall

Lovely stay in Bruges, happy...

Liked: The Location and parking were great and the staff were very nice. Hotel was clean and good value. Have a nice little poolHotel is in nice neighbourhood
Disliked: We had two rooms one was better than the other. The one room needed updating room 208, the decor was grey and dated and not as good as room 207. Also the curtain was hanging off in 208 because plastic clips were broken, I fixed this temporarily for my parents and was fine as long as it wasn’t touched, but when the cleaner came they pulled it again and it was hanging down, so they must have been aware.Be nice to have more than one pillow and breakfast was okBit too much furniture for size of rooms
