Great Location - Great Value

Liked: This place exceeded our expectations. When booking a "Strip" hotel all I really expect is a comfortable bed and a decent shower. Flamingo gave us that, but what I didnt realize at the time we booked it, was just how close it is to the lake and the main strip for Dining and Entertainment, - It's literally on the same street - just one block from where all the restaurants start. Each room has different theme (Polynesia, Americana, etc....) We ended up in Americana - which was great for me - as a Harley Rider and tourer - the room had all kinds of Harley Memorabilia with a comfortable bed. The guy who checked us in the evening was the same guy who was there in the morning and was also cleaning the rooms. He's a super nice, super friendly and probably the hardest working guy in Idaho!~

Liked: Proximity to Sherman Ave and a reasonable cost.
Disliked: Office doesn’t open until 10am and they did not resupply the coffee maker daily. Had to walk to the gas station across the street for coffee.

Liked: This is a wonderful place to stay! 15-minute walk to City Park (5-minutes to downtown). The room was very clean. They had bottles of water for us, and small chocolates. Microwave and refrigerator. Parking right outside your door.
Disliked: There was nothing that could have been better. It was all wonderful. The staff was great!

Liked: Each room was furnished in a different theme. I liked it! The location was close to good shopping and places to eat.
Disliked: Noisy busy street!
