Worst place I've ever stayed in. Staff was beyond rude and hotel is not accommodating and clearly don't care about their guests. I'd rather sleep in a tent then at this horrid place.

Passable

Liked: Walk-in shower. Had to evacuate our home due to hurricane Milton. Was thankful to have a bottom floor room in the center of the building ,feeling safe.
Disliked: Beds were kind of rickety. No table and chairs. Little refrigerator leaked water in the floor. No coffee pot.

Liked: I liked that it was conveniently located.
Disliked: The air conditioner made loud noises. Other guests freely smoked marijuana outside their door, a few down from us in the evening and first thing in the morning. Staff did nothing to deter. I am not a fan.

Liked: They allow for dogs.
Disliked: It’s located very close to Okeechobee Lake but it feels remote. There were cockroaches in the room. The shower had just enough pressure to rinse soap off if you’re patient. The beds were hard and one squeaked horribly every time you turned or sat on it. It didn’t feel or smell particularly clean. The pool is cemented over; no ice and they withhold $50 in case you leave the room in a mess. I had the morning Desk Clerk review the room before I left and she gave me the “thumbs up” so I am hopeful that deposit is returned to me. Some of our “neighbors” were a tad concerning but what can you do? I honestly felt very uncomfortable.
