We supposedly got the upgraded room but I doubt it. It was bare minimum in the room. Not even a coffee pot. It was a disappointment. Will not stay there again.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: Very impersonal when you check in at a kiosk.

First room was right above jackhammering at 4 am. Concrete saw at 4 am also put my wife into a migraine. Moved us next to a woman who ran up and down the hallway screaming at 2 am. Charged us an additional amount for the second room (it wasn't THAT much better). Next time we'll try Ceasars Palace.

Disliked: Noisy room - moved us but still too noisy. Charged us for their room placement.

Liked: I liked everything. My location was perfect as restaurants were everywhere. Everything you need is in that location. The room was welcoming, clean and tidy. The bed was very cozy. I always stay at the flamingo
