We supposedly got the upgraded room but I doubt it. It was bare minimum in the room. Not even a coffee pot. It was a disappointment. Will not stay there again.

Disliked: Very impersonal when you check in at a kiosk.

First room was right above jackhammering at 4 am. Concrete saw at 4 am also put my wife into a migraine. Moved us next to a woman who ran up and down the hallway screaming at 2 am. Charged us an additional amount for the second room (it wasn't THAT much better). Next time we'll try Ceasars Palace.

Disliked: I’ve stayed here many times and I feel like it goes down Everytime I stay again. The rooms smell like smoke, you have no soap to wash hands in room bathrooms and hot water is hit and miss

Liked: Location was In the middle of the strip. Gym was excellent. Housekeeping was responsive. Room was spacious and comfortable Flamingo is iconic and I'm glad we picked it over Planet Hollywood. My girls went to see Ru Paul's Drag Race which was playing there and loved it.
Disliked: Two staff members gave us incorrect information on extending our stay by a day but the front desk sorted it for us.
