Pleasant, friendly staff met expectations

Disliked: Still water could have been provided in the bedrooms, it was a type of soda/carbonated water

Liked: The Sauna, pool, personnel and restaurant!
Disliked: Breakfast, cleaniness, room ammenities and appliances, wifi not reaching our room...

Good

Liked: Breakfast was good, the room is big enough for a family of 4, and a dog, beds are comfy. Kids love the pool, and the beautiful surroundings.
Disliked: Bathroom is a bit small, a bit outdated hotel.

Not bad but i had to leave to other hotel

Liked: The waiters are a bit rude and not enough polite especially during breakfast time they come to your table to check you who you are and from which room they determine which table yours but not in a polite manner
Disliked: Sorry i said this above and the receptionist was ok.
