Reasonable motel, in a fine...

Liked: Flagship Inn is a motel of a certain age, in reasonably good shape. The staff works hard to keep it clean. We set off too early to sample the breakfast.
Disliked: The heater, one of those units under the front window as in many motels, roars along all night or you can freeze. Plumping fixtures are getting a bit leaky.

I encourage giving this motel...

Liked: This is a good solid motel in the heart of Ashland. It's an older facility, but they're doing a great job upgrading the rooms. It's quiet even when they are full with guests; always clean; the bathtubs are clean and inviting so I know when I book I will be able to relax in a hot bath; the staff are always friendly and helpful and the beds are clean and comfortable. I travel a lot for work and stay in Ashland hotels and motels a lot for business trips, and I can say that you can pay more for"luxury" hotels in Ashland, but in reality their basic roomsaren't any nicer and for the price and conveneince, you are way better off staying here at the Flagship Inn!
Disliked: So far I have no complaints about this motel- they know their business and do it well!

Good place to stay, quiet...

Liked: Location and price were big plusses.
Disliked: Faucet in bath dripped. Could not hear it from bedroom so not a big deal.

Disliked: Nothing

It was a decent place...

Liked: The breakfast didn’t begin until 8am. We had to leave before that time.
Disliked: The ice machine was broken and I need ice for my water.
