Liked: If you prefer a room with windows that can be opened, make sure to request an appropriate room (e.g., one with a balcony). The hotel staff and service are truly outstanding. Although we initially weren’t happy about being in a room without opening windows, the staff went above and beyond to compensate us very generously. This level of care ensures we will definitely return in the future!

Pleasant stay but I would...

Liked: Clean and spacious rooms, lovely breakfast and nice scenery.
Disliked: The checkin was rather simple, but we weren’t talked through the facilities, availability and/or restrictions for children etc; we checked in quite late, but the gentleman at the desk was expeditive and the conversation lacked details.
