Liked: Some of the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was close to theatre district so I was able to check in before my broadway show. My room was small but clean.

very pleasant.

Liked: The concierge was nice and upgraded my colleague.
Disliked: There was no soap dish so the bar soap just sits on the sink dripping and creating a mess. Might consider adding a matt under the desk chair so it can slide around more easily. No bathroom ceiling fan.
