Liked: Excellent location ...2 minutes from Grand Central for the Subway..An easy walk up 5th Avenue to Central Park past St Patrick's, Rockerfeller Centre, Saks etc
Disliked: Decor a bit old fashioned and only very small lounge..however in New York we only needed a comfortable bed and a hot shower as we were out all day

A winner in NYC

Liked: They let me check in early, I felt very safe as a solo female traveler, and to my surprise, the room was so quiet! I barely heard any street noise, which is so rare in NYC. They also held my bags for me after I checked out so that I could walk around the city freely before my flight. Also, the location was perfect!
Disliked: The elevator had a bit of a wait time and was small, and the wifi wasn't locked, so it wasn't the most secure connection, though nothing bad happened.

Liked: Friendly staff, good location. Previous experience so happy to try again.
Disliked: Room was a bit dated. Heating wasn’t working so had electric fan heater, which was noisy & could only be put on for limited time.Bath robes were not in room, had to ask for them & was given one, despite two of us in room.Only given 2 teabags, despite 3 night stay..had to ask for more. Really liked hotel but felt lacking in lots of areas & not what I had previously experienced.
