Wonderful welcoming team and spacious...

Liked: The team went above and beyond. They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious, spotless, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and I got a great sleep every night. The hotel is a calm spot in a busy part of the city. Will definitely return!

Liked: Location was excellent, within walking proximity to central attractions, shops, etc
Disliked: Draft beers were a poor standard, breakfast expensive

Very good

Liked: The staff were amazing and so helpful, especially Brendan, who was very attentive and gave advice and directions. Also, there was a young girl who printed our boarding cards apologies we didn't catch her name. But both were outstanding representatives for the hotel.
Disliked: Rooms where a little dated but very clean.

Liked: Great location, pleasant staff
Disliked: Stayed at this hotel years ago, no changes or updates that I saw. The hotel is getting dated and worn. The room was basic/clean/decent and the bed comfort okay. Their attached restaurant is a nice plus.. but their coffee maker was not working during our stay. A nice coffee shop is next door to the hotel. This "Irish" hotel did not have Guinness 0.0 and should. Decent restaurants and bars (plus shopping) in the neighborhood. Excellent location to get around Manhattan with Grand Central across the street very close by. This is a three star hotel at best.
