Excellent - would 100% come...

Liked: Facilities were brilliant, staff were exceptional. Connor managed to get us checked in early which we were so grateful for as we arrive at 9am so didn’t have to wait until 4pm. Greatly appreciated. Although we were an adult group, the facilities for children were excellent and we would come back with our child.
Disliked: Difficult getting taxi’s but managed to get a card off of a driver and then was sorted for the rest of the weekends.Breakfast wasn’t that hot on the buffet.

Liked: Food was excellent.Lovely hotel and staff friendly and very helpful.Facilities very good and clean.
Disliked: Room small but very clean. Everything else was fab.

Average stay, don't know if...

Liked: The dinner was lovely and reasonable.
Disliked: No notice that there is no lift. Corridors were busy and hard to get by sometimes with staff and cleaning bedding trollies. Elderly mother is slow on her feet. Felt the corridors and room was very outdated. The jacuzzi bath didn't work which I complained about when leaving. Overall I thought it was very overpriced.

A wonderful family short break...

Liked: The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean, all staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel including the leisure centre. All the kids activities including the outdoor amenities and kids club and leisure centre were great with wonderful friendly staff.
Disliked: The price of the accommodation was high however it was well worth the money.
