Wonderful experience for our first...

Liked: The location was everything I was hoping for for our first night in Montana after arriving in Bozeman from Atlanta!! Surroundings do quiet and peaceful! Big open skies and on 40 acres of beautiful property! Cindy was a great hostess and made us very welcome:)

Liked: Parking space was adequate ....after we were able to find the place.
Disliked: We did not get breakfast because we were leaving early the next morning and the hostess was not willing to provide it at 6 a.m. And, we paid MORE for breakfast when we booked, but she told us that she does not charge more for breakfast. We would like to have a refund for the extra amount we paid for the breakfast we never received.We had extreme difficulty finding the place because it is not located at the point that Google Earth says it is. We drove several miles on a horrible road, only to be told by the neighbor that the place we wanted was a mile down the road and that many people make the same mistake trying to find Fish Creek House B&B. We phoned Fish Creek but no one answered the phone. We phoned several more times and finally got the woman on the phone. She was at the front door when we arrived, but didn't offer to let us in. When we asked, 'Can we come in?' she told us we had to remove our shoes....an unusual request for guests at a hotel. She then explained the use of the kitchen and breakfast room, but her offerings for breakfast were minimal and unappetizing....a gluten-free pastry and some fruit. We agreed to the price through Booking.com but when the final bill hit our credit card, it included an additional $90.00 plus tax for a CLEANING FEE, which was never mentioned on Booking.com and we NEVER agreed to the CLEANING FEE. Had we known that there was a cleaning fee we would NEVER have made the booking! The woman who runs the place is super religious and injects her faith into the dialogue with clients at every opportunity. We really felt abused by her whole negative attitude toward us from the moment we arrived. The cancellation policy SUCKS!
