Liked: The location was great
Disliked: The pool was far too small for the amount of people staying within the complex. The gym was also incredibly small. We booked for 4 adults, the apartment was too small for 4 adults the bedrooms were incredibly small as well as the living areas. The ensuite was uncomfortably small.

Excellent facility, well kept, friendly...

Liked: Very central location a few steps from the esplanade.
Disliked: The main bedroom in apartment 1204 urgently needs new blinds or block out curtains. Every morning we were woken up at 5am by the rising sun shining through the huge gaps between the blinds!

Disliked: Misled with the view. Was okay to pay overs considering the view that was advertised. Some clever response highlighting fine print won’t cut it. Should have stayed in Brisbane.

Enjoyable and convenient stay, except...

Liked: Very convenient to the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. The apartment was relatively clean and kitchen was well equipped. Had FOXTEL tv and good selection of movies and shows. The pool was small but you can see from the balcony who is at the pool before heading down.
Disliked: The apartment had a very strong fishy/seafood scent in the kitchen/living and dining area. Couldn’t get rid of the scent even after 2 days.

Liked: The staff were absolutely amazing and so kind, couldn't fault them at all. The pool was also a big hit. The location is amazing and it wasn't noisy despite being so close to the pubs etc.
Disliked: An unfortunate thing...our apartment smelt like fish/prawns which was obviously the previous guests having an Xmas meal in there, we got home and all our clothes etc smelt of it. Didn't bother us much as we weren't in there often though. The apartment was mostly clean but definitely could do with a more thorough job. The apartment is also set out for 4pax with only 3 seats at the couch and 3 seats at the dining table. Ice tray in the freezer needs to be emptied as ice was old with what I assume was milk spillage on it. You can also get pool towels from reception which we couldn't do until the next day as it was closed, would be beneficial if these were offered upon check in. And the bathroom that was separate to the bedrooms had a shower that leaked out the door when on so the floor was drenched making the bath mat useless. Still enjoyed our stay and would be back regardless of these minor issues
