Disliked: too soft beds; breakfast choice not too big; cleaning staff came into the room before I had checked out

Liked: Great Hotel if staying in Zwickau, the staff, the location, secure parking and a great breakfast - what more do you need?
Disliked: Not so easy to find during the road works in the area.

Liked: The location was excellent and breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful and attentive.
Disliked: Hard to find as so much road work in the area and the sat nav took us the wrong way so many times. Had to park, then walk and go ask the staff at the Hotel how to get to the parking area. This was the only issue.

Liked: Standard of the room, location. Breakfast was fantastic-great variety of options. Delicious food, including wonderful cheesecake- tasted like a home made. Undeground garage was available at reasonable price and easy to park car.
