Good breakfast, nice staff.

Liked: Breakfast was my favorite part of the experience! Wide selection of really delicious food. The hotel was centrally located. Everyone was courteous and helped us with what we needed.
Disliked: In the room, the tea kettle electrical cord was so short you had to put it on the floor to use it. The tea selection was sparse and it wasn't very good. Wi-fi was weak at best.

Liked: The Hotel was clean and really close to the center, good breakfast and nice staff.
Disliked: I went there with my dog and I payed 400Nok of fee for the dog, I used to travel with my dog and I never payed so much.

Liked: The breakfast was good and the front desk staff were really very helpful. It was in a very good location less than 10 minutes walk from the Central Station.
Disliked: I booked a 2 single bed room as I was travelling with my son, the room had 2 beds pushed together - not a big deal, but ....The room itself was not very modern compared with other hotels I have stayed in in Oslo - for example, no usb charging points in the room, a very old-fashioned shower in bathtub arrangement ( which, of course, meant that the floor flooded no matter how the screen at the side was positioned. Little things like the shower / body wash container being empty were irritating, and the heated towel rail not working .... It is categorized as 4-star, I don't think so.PS - forgot to say that one of the 2 lifts was broken and needed repair on both days.

Liked: It's was central and had great communications, giving directions and extra options that were available.
