Lobby was misleading - looked good until got to room; room was rundown and dirty; found 2 small spots of blood on under side of bed comforter - totally disgusted; carpet old, smelly and dirty. Very noisy - several times outside in corridor middle of night; would never stay here again.

Location was perfect! cozy rooms!

Liked: The hotel had a very nice in door pool as well as sauna and hot tub. Our beds were very comfy and the room was spacious and clean. The location was great!
Disliked: The hallways were very cold. Especially after swimming or sauna and the pool was the opposite side of the hotel from sauna and hot tub. The pool was also chilly for being heated. The bathroom floors in the room were also very cold.

The staff was extremely accommodating....

Disliked: It was a little outdated and you could hear everything going on in the hall or the guests in the shower on the other side of the wall...

Disliked: Being walked in on by staff before checking out, when brought to management/ front desk checking out we did not get an apology (I wasnt dressed when we were walked in on and wasn't checked out yet and had 11 minutes to check out).

Liked: The pool was nice and CLEAN. The hot tub, sauna, and workout room were very clean and nice. The rooms and hall were super clean and spacious. Loved my stay.
Disliked: It snowed, the plows were loud at 4am. No fault of the Inn
