Comfortable room with an ocean...

Liked: Patio and ocean view were just what we needed and expected. The room was easy to heat with the (quiet!) wall heater and push-button lighted fireplace. Walking distance to decent restaurants and coffee bars. Easy access to the beach, tidepools, and boardwalk.
Disliked: No microwave in the room.

Disliked: No restaurants open for a breakfast within walking distance.

Excessively loud dust blowers and...

Liked: Very clean, exceptional view of the coast. Fireplace was a nice touch, Bathroom tidy, and amenities well stocked. Beautiful sunset and breeze with the open patio.
Disliked: Long story short, DO NOT book this property on a MONDAY if you plan to use the patio from late afternoon to early sunset as they have loud dust blowing and hedge trimming from their landscaping crew that last hours. Attempted to relay our displeasure about being unable to utilize our patio (the king suite overlooks the ocean and is almost $300/night expensive) and staff responded with canned answer no action to stop the superfluous noise. I’m still in DISBELIEF that a premium coast front luxury hotel suite would have dust blowing and weed whacking whilst their occupants are trying to enjoy the patios. High prices but management is too cheap to pay for lawn service to CLIP and RAKE the grounds instead of 80+dB of awful noise pollution and toxic fumes. Very sad about this experience. The place itself is superb, but the rudeness of groundskeeping routines is unacceptable for the price of the experience. Will not return.

Liked: Gorgeous location that is worth the money to stay near. The classy interior and the lobby experience.
Disliked: The robotic reminders that were not personalized to my booking or my needs. It was confusing and distracting from being able to enjoy my stay.

Disliked: Overall good but our room was right next to the ice machine so we could hear it throughout the night. Plus we had ants.
