It's a clean safe hotel....

Liked: I like the hotel, location was excellent. Close to everything. It was a trip with my daughter to vist Hurst Castle. The only thing I didn't care for was the coffee with paper cups. They served coffee in the poolside room starting at 7:30. It was extremely week and tasted like coffee water, it was quite terrible. Real coffee mugs would of been nicer too. (Not that that would of improved the coffee) Bottled water in the room was $5 each for a small water. Thank goodness I brought my own. Other than that it was a wonderful experience. I would stay again, hopefully the coffee situation will improve. My daughter love it! She said she can't wait to go back in the summer with her children to enjoy the pool and other fun day activities.
Disliked: Coffee and paper cups.

Pleasant

Liked: There were children in the room next to us they made so much noise we couldn’t sleep, they kept trying to open the door that connects the rooms. There was barely any water pressure in the shower. We tried to contact the front desk and no one was there, they had closed at 3:00pm. I’ve stay here before and it was very nice but this time it was way too noisy.

The water thing aside great...

Disliked: They shut the water off for most of one day with zero compensation. Not even bottled water

We love it there and...

Liked: This wasn't our first stay at fireside. We love the area and enjoy the facility very much. The rooms are great and cozy.
Disliked: The staff seemed a bit frustrated, but friendly enough. The parking was a little awkward. The rooms have patios and other guests like to park randomly and sometimes right next to your patio where you may get unwanted headlights in the night or exhaust fumes.

Family trip

Liked: The room was spacious, nicely equipped, and had a comfortable bathroom.Easy parking
Disliked: However, it was very cold in the room; the radiator and fireplace were not sufficient. We were there with a baby, and everyone felt cold. There was constant water noise whenever someone used the bathroom, which could be heard in the room even at night.There were no bathrobes provided, even though the outdoor heated pool was operational, which was not very practical.
