We only stayed one night in order to avoid driving after the concert. No regrets, would stay there again.

Liked: Cleanliness of a 5 star hotel. Attached Grille Bar serves wonderful meals. Go early, usually ' slammed'. Walking distance to the Cross Arena, at supper hour.
Disliked: In need of remodel to modernize.

Liked: The room was clean , but there were stains on the tv stand that at first glance looked like it had not been wiped down. Very off putting. The hotel is right next to the casino and the Cross Center. The front desk staff was very pleasant.
Disliked: We were in a smoke free room but there was obviously someone smoking, possibly in the room below us as it was very strong in our bathroom. This is an old building and definitely needs upgrades
