The sheets were clean but the top cover, not so much. No face cloths in the bathroom; sketchiest place I have ever stayed.

Liked: It was so cool; while I was checking in I almost needed a police back ground check to do so. There were ladies coming to the counter, saying their name, leaving $20$, ringing a doorbell and entering "somewhere".
Disliked: I also enjoyed being awakened in the night by a smell I could not identify, later finding out it was someone smoking in the hall.

Clean hotel. No bed bugs. Awesome friendly staff. Bad neighbourhood but added to the adventure; no A/C in room. I would stay there again.

Liked: Room was small, but clean. No bugs or bed bugs. Staff were awesome and very nice. I stayed on the 3rd floor and had no issues.
Disliked: Bad neighbourhood and sketchy characters outside. It adds to the adventure overall as it seemed safe enough. Was no A/C in our room so it was warm inside.

Comfortable and a great location.

Liked: The location is good! It is accessible by the streetcar. The washroom is far away from the room, but the shower is as stated in the photos! I like the room that was provided, and I got a free soap to take home. Hotel is kept in a good condition, and it is close to the mall (Eaton Centre)! All in all it was great. A+++

Disliked: My Room smelled like cigarettes, at the entrance of the hotel especially at night time there were a lot of men at the door. I didn’t feel safe.
