Liked: Very, very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing but praise for them.
Disliked: Very dark rooms with only two low power ceiling lights and 'localised ' bedside and desk lamp. Safe box was floor level in wardrobe which required hands and knees 'grovelling' on the floor with a torch in teeth reading the operating instructions. A constant request for black tea and milk which wasn't available in room. Also a missed request for a room makeover.

Liked: The hotel is wonderful, located in the very center, a little noisy because there is construction going on across the street, but quiet at night. There is an elevator. The staff is great, they solve problems quickly. Our toilet broke, they promptly offered to change the room. I highly recommend it. Breakfasts are delicious, good selection
Disliked: The bathroom needs more thorough cleaning

Liked: Friendly staff, easy check-in, beautiful bar area, comfortable bed, nice room with mini bar and good size bathroom, excellent breakfast.
Disliked: The shower was a little weak (water pressure).
