Passable
Liked: Clean and comfy
Disliked: Staff cannot speak English. The location was not easily accessible as I arrived at one am due to flight delays. The mall was locked. There is only one active staff member at reception- expect to wait in a long queue to check in after an exhausting flight.

Good hotel, clean, comfy beds,...
Liked: cleanliness
Disliked: The entrance after the plaza was closed, you had to go through a far away door and it gets scary with everything off and closed. It would have been great if the staff would warn you about it when you make check in, we came up very late in the night and were absolutely lost about how to access the hotel when everything seemed closed.

Clean and stylish hotel room...
Liked: Very stylish decor, clean and well-maintained, comfortable bed. Beautiful lobby & restaurant in hotel -- excellent food with good value for money. Loved that hotel was less expensive than airport hotels, but still was high quality and only a 10 minute ride (on a FREE shuttle) to airport. Bonus -- had access to shopping mall from 10am to 10pm, which was also clean and well maintained, mid-range priced shops and convenience stores, with a movie theatre and a Starbucks.
Disliked: Not really a walkable area to find restaurants or shops outside of the mall. We didn't look for a taxi to get to a nice restaurant since we were leaving early the next morning.

I would not stay here...
Liked: The free shuttle to the airport.
Disliked: We arrived after 10pm due to a late bus. Our Uber dropped us off at the hotel, but the entrance to the hotel was dark, chained, and locked. There was no signage. We finally asked a security guard at the attached mall how to get in - he explained that we had to walk all the way to the other side of the mall and go in through the now closed mall. We were with a 70 year old woman that had been traveling all day, and this was a long way to walk for her. The hotel says it´s for security, not sure how having it be open to a mall with a hundred different possible doors is safe. Would make more sense to have the door to the mall closed at night, and having the main door to the hotel accessible with a guard. It certainly didn´t feel particularly safe, having to walk the entire length of a closed and empty mall rather than going in the main entrance....? A friendly couple of people that were in a similar situation (NOT hotel staff) helped us with our luggage up the no longer functioning escalator. (there was an elevator but no signs so we didn´t know until later). Check in was fast, so that was good, and the room seemed clean enough. However, the shower was pretty gross and full of dark mold. With all of the options in CDMX, I would never choose to stay here again.

Passable
Liked: The hotel has nice free transfer to and from the airport. The hotel itself is quite nice and modern.
Disliked: The sheets were full of hairs that weren't mine. It's gross to sleep in a bed that wasn't properly washed. Especially when you're paying so much.
