Perfect for our quick stay!

Liked: I liked how cheerful and helpful the front desk person was. Also the van driver was so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the restaurant. The Sopa de la Milpa was excellent!
Disliked: Nothing.

Superb

Liked: Las instalaciones son espectaculares y la atención excelente. El servicio gratuito de transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto es un gran valor agregado.
Disliked: No queda tan cerca del aeropuerto como uno creería.

Ok but expensive

Liked: The location is close to te airport
Disliked: Doesn’t have swimming pool, they charge 70 pesos for parking, the bed was not made well. It’s quite expensive and the area is not the best

Not terrible but mediocre.

Liked: Rooms are spacious. The breakfast is very good.
Disliked: The rooms are quite old, much more worn out than what the photos suggest. The shower temperature fluctuated a lot, which is never a great experience. The room that I was initially assigned to had someone in the room! That was very awkward and I had to go back down to the lobby and get a new room. No one apologized for this.There was some confusion with the airport shuttle on both ways. On the way to the hotel, I walked up to the hotel agents at the airport, who told me that the shuttle will arrive between 11 and 11:25pm. No shuttle arrived until 11:35pm so I called the hotel. They didn’t check the status of the driver who is already dispatched and instead sent me a new one. The guy who was initially dispatched arrived around 11:45pm. I got to the hotel, checked in and got a call from a Mexican number and it turned out to be the second driver. He went all the way to the airport to pick me up but of course he couldn’t find me. I had to conjure up my mediocre Spanish to tell him “ya estoy en el hotel, otro conductor me recogió”On the way to the airport, I got down to the lobby around 8:35am and was told that the bus service was at 9am. I told the hotel employees that I am going to be at the cafeteria getting breakfast. And they said sure, I have about 20 minutes.By 9:02am, no one came to pick me up. So I walked up to the desk and asked about the shuttle, and the driver left without me! I wasn’t told that I should show up to the downstairs parking lot at 9am sharp, but I guess that was the case. I ended up having to call an Uber, which defeated the whole purpose of me booking this hotel.
