Location is great for Monterrey

Liked: Very well located!
Disliked: The room wasn’t clean, but we asked for another and they changed us. The other one was better but not excellent.

Good first impression . Rooms...

Liked: The lobby area , really nice and it was a very good first impression
Disliked: That room smells a little odd . The wooden floor it was damaged , the sink clogged.

Great stay and would recommend.

Liked: the room was splendid and very comfortable, as I got the suite jr and was exactly what we needed. The parking lot was spacious enough for all the cars there and didn't have trouble finding a spot. The attention from the staff was excellent and they care about me and me wife.
Disliked: The lack of a microwave on the suite, since we had some food that needed reheating, but other than that we had no issues with the facilities.
