Close to the Airport and...

Liked: The Hotel is not far away from Guadalajara Airport, but if you hit traffic (I arrived Friday afternoon) it can drag on until you reach the hotel. The offer a free shuttle bus, but you have to call, then they will send it!The room was nice and spacious, shower was also good! It was very clean when I arrived!Well, the area around the hotel is not really inviting. It is next to a very well travelled road, so it can be a bit noisy. When I travel I always bring earplugs and a sleeping mask, just in case. In this case it was good that I did! Without it I probably wouldn't have gotten much sleep.Staff is super friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was excellent and they offer a breakfast buffet, so you can pick and chose as you please. Dinner was also very good and rather inexpensive.They have a gym, which is okay, but a window or AC would have been nice, but they offer small towels and free water there! They even have a pool, but the water is... let's call it refreshing :-)So all in all a good experience!
Disliked: The hotel is not old, but in parts you can see the wear and tear in the furniture, the floors etc. And as I mentioned the surrounding area is not really inviting. But if you stay for one night or even twoit offers good value. I stayed at the Fiesta Inn in Mexico City and it was better, maybe that's why I expected more!

Liked: Convenient to airport. Comfortable bed. Shuttle to airport.
Disliked: Unable to get a shuttle from airport to hotel-I had to pay for a taxi. Bedspread had stains.
