Liked: Did not use, but it looked good. Traditional Mexican food!
Disliked: No fridge in room

Noisy, bad unresponsive stuff.

Liked: The location is at the center, walking distance to everything. The rooms are big but very old.
Disliked: -Ladies at the lobby don’t speak English, when you call them they HANG UP the phone like you don’t exist. We called about 10 times about the clothes we have forgotten and they just HANG UP. -extremely noisy at all times either 6 am or 10pm.

Disliked: We had been communicating before our flight from Australia and they said they can’t wait to have us. 5hrs before we landed in Mexico City they stated the room was no longer available due to some renovations. We strongly believe they cancelled our reservation to sell the room again at a much higher price as we were due to check in 2 days before the Day of the Dead parade vegans.
