Liked: The location, is in the downtown and lot of places to visit nearby
Disliked: Streets around with lot of traffic, but so far it worth the stay.

Poor customer service

Liked: This was a convenient location for our needs. Arriving late the hotels own restaurant was not open but there was a macdonalds downstairs that was open til late. Not somewhere we would normally eat but it meant food was available.
Disliked: Rude staff. Inefficient payment process which took too long almost causing us to miss a tour. Due to the time it was taking we asked to pay for the breakfast when we returned to collect our luggage which we were leaving with them so clearly coming back for but they refused despite us explaining their delay was about to cause us to miss a tour.
