Disliked: We had been communicating before our flight from Australia and they said they can’t wait to have us. 5hrs before we landed in Mexico City they stated the room was no longer available due to some renovations. We strongly believe they cancelled our reservation to sell the room again at a much higher price as we were due to check in 2 days before the Day of the Dead parade vegans.

Liked: Good and safe location, we walked around even in dark and nobody bothered us (only asked for money which happens anyway)Comfortable and clean
Disliked: The balcony door was swing door which fully doesnt close so all the street noise/music came inside at night

Disliked: The rooms were fine but nothing particularly comfortable or nice. This is pretty much an airport hotel in terms of quality. On one saturday, i was woken up at 8:30 by room cleaning even though I had the DND sign up. At 9:40 when I left and requested the cleaning come, they never did. get cleaned staff were unfriendly and kept insisting they couldn't extend my stay because they were fully booked, until finally after 4 different conversations, a manager came and extended my stay immediately. Big waste of time. Overall, would never consider this place again.
