False information, non-existant customer service,...

Liked: The location is somewhat convenient. Their supposed shuttle sounds great! Hotel seems clean.
Disliked: They falsely stated that they tried to charge my card, in order to give up my reservation to somebody else. When we got to the check-in line we noticed there were already other 2 guests groups that were receiving the same response, with the hotel declining to offer a room. Also, at the airport nobody knew where the supposed shuttle was working, and the hotel didn't pick-up the phone to respond. Long story short, we ended up abandoned in the street without a place to stay.

Stressful arrival but relaxing departure.

Liked: Very beautiful rooms over a sunny courtyard. Large kitchen with a varied selection of authentic foods.
Disliked: Confusion over rooms resulted in me scaring some poor woman at 2 AM Christmas morning as I was able to unlock her door. The staff upgraded me to a suite thereafter. Unnecessarily adds to a stressful journey.
