Liked: My stay was overall good but not spectacular. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The building is a bit old. The other fiesta americana hotels close to the airport or Chapultepec are more modern. I didn't take the breakfast as I found it too expensive while mexican street food is the best. The coffee machine in the room wasnt working properly and the coffee was Decaf "ew!". After playign half and hour with it, coffee started coming out.

A pleasant surprise!

Liked: Staff was excellent! Fiesta Club is as good as we have experienced at other Fiesta Americana properties. Violeta and the entire staff of the club were exceptional. Breakfast great.
Disliked: Rooms a little small and dated but well maintained and the linens were excellent.

Liked: The service is excellent! Every person that I came in contact with was professional and polite. The concierge were helpful and planned a few fun tours for me.

Great stay, but bring earplugs!

Liked: Service was outstanding, and the location is great for accessing anywhere in the city.
Disliked: The room was a little run down and the noise of the traffic very loud.
