It was a comfortable state....

Liked: It was really clean near shopping center
Disliked: The bar , workers didn’t had no idea how to make an old fashion. The supervisor was clueless also it toke 25min for me to get one drink .

Amazing hotel

Liked: Great location and stunning views

Liked: the view from our room was fantastic, we were able to contemplate the night lights of Monterrey and el cerro de la silla at daylight .
Disliked: the long distance from the parking lot to our room was a little inconvenient.

Good hotel. But cost is...

Liked: Good location, great service. People are kindAnd it's clean.Bedroom has a good space.
Disliked: The cost of the parking lot per night is too expensive to be México, also that should be included in the cost per night. It's supposed that the hotel has a view to the cerro de la silla. But we can't see it.

Disliked: Not good value for Money, they are already an expensive hotel and still charge you for parking. They also have a very expensive breakfast that is not even worth it.Additionally, I did laundry service and apart from being extremelly expensive they lost some of my clothing. They still had the nerve to charge me for all the pieced of clothing. In the end they never found them and I just had to pay for LOST CLOTHES.And, as if it was not enough... I had to pay a high fee for parking at their instalations because it was not included in the already high room prices. Then, the morning of the check out, I forgot my ticket in the room and instead of opening up so I could just get my car out, for not showing my ticket, even after already paying 30 EUR of parking for my whole stay...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL and I am definitely NOT COMING BACK or going to any other Fiesta Americana. They say to be premium and their prices are not worth it, I travel a lot and can asure you get better for less money in any other hotel from the center.
