Good hotel that could be...

Liked: Well located. Part of a large complex with convenience stores, a department store and coffee shops. Ample rooms, clean and equipped with coffee maker and all a business traveler needs. Laundry is delivered in the evening of the same day (very convenient). Good shower. Staff has a good attitude. Has a gym.
Disliked: Restaurant is no good, almost a downer: few options, poorly made (burger was a disaster). If you have dinner plans, prepare to leave with your clothes smelling like smoke (they didn’t bother to install a proper exhaust system).Gym has just the bare minimum (dumbbells and that’s it) and the cardio equipment is old and outdated.

Very comfortable, safe, and value...

Liked: We loved our room and the view was fantastic. It was a business location so it was pretty dead on the weekend and at night. But, we found nice restaurants in the mall and it was a short Uber to San Pedro. We also really loved Raul and Alfredo who gave us fantastic recommendations and helped us find activities.
Disliked: The location was very safe but it was just very quiet at night and over the wekeends.

Disliked: Not enough Elevators and did not worked, they skipped floors and therefore took too long.Parking toll machine did not worked and had me waste time waiting for maintenance person, temperature in room was not consistent, either too hot or too cold, Room was too expensive but we went to an event in Pabellón M so we took the hit in price.

Liked: The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I like that you could go downstairs and there's a variety of breakfast and drink options. This made the start of each day easy. They have Starbucks, Tim Horton, Boba shop, yogurt shop, and a couple other things all indoors. yes, the Liverpool is connected but if you want to use a stroller then you do need to walk outside first because the connection is by escalator, no elevators. That's about it for shopping and food though. The hotel room we got had very nice feeling bed, good lighting, felt spacious, and was facing the mountain which was a nice view. If you had to stay in the hotel your entire trip, it is a nice temporary home though ordering delivery is difficult as you need to take multiple elevators to meet outside.
Disliked: I thought because it was part of a mall that the mall would be like a place with a lot of food and shopping options but it's actually mostly a venue for events. We ordered room service and had to check in up to three times because it took forever for the food to come up and for whatever reason the first two times, they just forgot about us so the third time they gave us a discount but you know we were hungry already, so that was like I think at least three hours waiting for food. It could have been more but we were told each time they would deliver within 45 mins. The food was good, just not the service part. We also picked this place because it had a pool, but it was closed while we were there. I wish I knew ahead of time it wasn't available as I read it was a heated pool so I already assumed it was open year round. Lastly, on the second or third night, we realize that there was a blood stain in the sheets. It was tucked in and onto the side, so just truly hidden and we probably would never have noticed it if you didn't pull the blankets out all the way. So when we called room service, which they can give service at night & I'm thankful for, that also was a disappointment it was obvious the lady assisting us seemed like she was having a bad day. We still tipped her but maybe we should of let them know why we were uncomfortable to wait til the next day for sheet changes before room service showed up.

Disliked: The bar , workers didn’t had no idea how to make an old fashion. The supervisor was clueless also it toke 25min for me to get one drink .
