Disliked: Noisy music from the bar

Comfortable stay, good safe location...

Liked: Cosy, comfortable refurbished modern looking rooms . Good selection of refreshments and lovely toiletries.
Disliked: Room was noisy thinking maybe kitchen extractors etc, never went off the whole night.

Stay ruined by poor quality...

Liked: Location, parking. Bar area is nice in the evening.
Disliked: Tired bedroom, needing refurbished, moldy smell, dirty carpet, broken fixtures.

Liked: Comfortable, lovely staff
Disliked: Wifi not working. Been staying at the Ferryhill since 2018 but no Wifi means could not work. Will be forced to stay elsewhere if it continues.

Liked: Nice house with a good kitchen and very friendly staff.

Uncomfortable..

Liked: We had dinner and breakfast in the pub and it was great!
Disliked: The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and had a really bad odor on all of them. The room we had was right beside the door at the top of stairs, so you heard other guests coming through because it was SO squeaky. We had no communication from the property, and when we arrived, we didn't know we had to get the room key from the server in the bar. The food was good though!

Liked: Room very comfortable breakfast was freshly cooked.
Disliked: Slightly disappointed when we came back at 11.05 to be told the bar was closed.
