Liked: This is a lovely property so clean and welcoming. The owners are exceptional hosts and the home cooked breakfast was fantastic. I highly recommend it and hope to get the chance to return.

Liked: This is a very peaceful rural idyll of the highest quality. The gardens and views are beautiful and the hosts welcoming and charming. They couldn’t do more. The choice of breakfast menu was excellent and the food very good indeed.

Liked: The hosts Linda and Ian were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. They advised on places to go and restaurants that were worth a visit.The B&B was exceptional, everything that you could want for a break away.Linda and Ian were perfect hosts,they were friendly, welcoming and helpful.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.5 star didn’t do it justice it was so good.

Serene landscape, beautiful room, and...

Liked: Beautiful, charming, well-maintained thatched cottage with a large and beautiful garden and pond. The hosts are very welcoming yet let you enjoy your privacy. They both seem kind-hearted and you can feel the care and love put in the rooms as well as in their delicious breakfast. Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, with a superb view on countryside hills.
Disliked: The toilet seat is a tiny bit too high if you're not tall :). Pets are not allowed which is totally understandable - it's the only thing that may prevent us returning if we adopt a doggy.

Liked: Excellent B&B. By far the BEST B&B we have ever stayed at. Location in rual Devon was great. Their building, the lounge, the breakfast room and our room was exceptional. Our hosts were lovely, very helpful and delivered the highest level of service you could expect. Regarding the breakfasts, they were outstanding. They were the meal we most looked forward to each day. Our compliments to the chef! The gardens on the property were lovely with the most outstanding views you could ask for. It was such a delight to stay here. Highly recommend. A well earned 5 STAR rating!
