Liked: Functional no frills b&b.
Disliked: Breakfast was under cooked for our liking. Prefer crispy bacon. Heating was off and room chilly on arrival. Beds were very narrow and bathroom was tiny.

Disliked: Nothing particular about the property itself

Comfortable stay

Liked: Clean, comfortable room, nice shower, sea views, friendly hosts, walking distance to local pub serving excellent food

Lovely hosts but poor value...

Liked: The hosts were lovely people and the rooms were all very clean.
Disliked: The rooms were dated. The shower was electric and barely adequate. The breakfast was very poor, both in terms of quality of ingredients and portions. The parking was on the street which was not what was described when booking. All of this would have been acceptable but not for £120 a night in a not particularly desirable location.
